Your satisfaction is pixel-perfect priority. Because our products are custom made, we can’t accept general returns—but we absolutely fix errors.
You’re eligible for a refund or replacement if:
– You received the wrong size, color, or print
– Your order arrived damaged or misprinted
Return Timeframe:
Email us within 14 days of receiving your item.
How to Request:
- Send a message to [email protected] with your order number
- Attach clear photos of the item and the issue
- Let us know if you’d like a refund or a replacement
Return Costs:
If it’s our mistake, we cover return shipping (if required). Otherwise, the customer is responsible.
Exclusions:
– Size issues where a chart was available
– Changed mind or non-damaged items
